SimGlycan® software versions 5.9.2 and higher offer an improved peak-picking algorithm that is faster and more efficient at handling data from SCIEX TripleTOF® LC-MS/MS System instruments. The algorithm enables users to define a charge state range and a minimum number of isotopologues in an isotopic cluster for a valid LC compound.
The Peak Detection & Picking feature is accessed through the Analyze menu. by selecting the LC-MS & MS/MS Data Pre-processing option.
