SCIEX technical support agents may ask you to create and send a dump file to provide a snapshot of a SCIEX software application's processes, loaded modules and memory at a certain time point.

To create a dump file, follow these steps:
1) Open the Task Manager.
2) Click on the software for which the dump file is needed.
3) Right click and select Create dump file as shown in the screen shot below, if creating a dump file is an option for that app.
