Answer

When setting up MPX 2.0 software's carryover detection feature in the Define limit values screen (step 3), the low limit for each component must be defined. These values are used to flag a sample that has a concentration value that is above the lower concentration limit. The value for the low limit can be determined from the lower limit of quantitation (LLOQ) or from the cut-off limit determined from the standard curve (see figures below).
