Answer

If the syringe runs dry while doing direct infusion, a manual tune error may disrupt compound optimization in Analyst® software manual tune mode. If the error won't clear from the screen after refilling the syringe, try to deactivate the hardware profile and close the software. Restart Analyst services and re-launch Analyst software and the hardware profile. If the error message remains, the LC/MS system will need to be reset.
