exit button when creating case

Improvement idea received from customer:

"for a new case there is no "Exit"_button but only "Close Case"=it is not clear if this closes the entire case or just the view to get back to the Instruments page."

What it means is that for our customers, when they create a case, it is not so clear how to Exit the case page and so, by default they click on Close and case is closed and not handled.

Can we have an exit buton in the case view or another way to prevent the customer closing the case unintendetly?
