Processing Method components building from data explorer

Add a feature in OS to add components to a processing method from Explorer (e.g. highlight a MS or MSMS peak and add to method) or within Analytics be able to explore a data file using PeakView / Explorer controls to find and add peaks to the components list instead of typing in entries.
