Error when Opening Analyst® Software: Error 1067

Issue Description

After installing Analyst® software 1.7 alone or with Hotfix 1, attempting to open the software results in an error: Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly (see image).  This same error message will appear if the service for Analyst software, AnalystService, is manually started in an attempt to troubleshoot the issue. 

Resolution

Installing Hotfix 3 for Analyst software 1.7 and rebooting the PC will resolve this issue.
