Issue Description

During instrument tuning and calibration in Analyst® software, users may find that the peak list is missing or the peaks list tab is not present altogether.

Resolution

During instrument tuning and calibration in Analyst® software, the calibration peak list can be obtained by right clicking on the final spectrum and selecting the List Data option. This will open a new pane that contains the calibration peak list. In this tab, the exact expected masses of the calibration components (e.g., PPG positive) are listed. At the end of the table peak width and mass shift are also reported.

Occasionally, users might may find that the calibration peak list tab is not present altogether. To add this tab, refer to: https://sciex.com/support/knowledge-base-articles/how-do-i-dispay-the-calibration-peak-list_en_us
