Changing the Y-Axis Scale from Relative Intensity Percent in Analyst® Software,

Issue Description

When opening raw data in Analyst® software, the Y-axis is labeled as Rel Int. % with values from 0-100% instead of showing the true intensity value.


 

Resolution

To change the Y-axis to the true intensity value, navigate to the Tools menu in Explore mode, and then select Settings and Appearance Options, as shown.


In the Appearance Options window, select Other Graph Options. Under Percent Y Axis, change the value under the Chromatogram column from Yes to No to set the Y-axis scale back to intensity.
