Error with MPX™ Software 1.2: Unable To Access Autosampler Database

Issue Description

When launching MPX™ software 1.2 on a Windows 7 64-bit operating system, an error appears, "Unable To Access Autosampler Database".

Resolution

MPX software 1.2 requires a Windows 7, 32-bit operating system, not a 64-bit system. Downgrading the operating system to 32-bit or installing a higher version of MPX software will be required. If installing a higher version of MPX software, it will be necessary to check its compatibility with other the SCIEX software on the system.
