The objective of this training module is to instruct in the creation of a Beta-gal standard peptide digest method. This method will aid you in testing the integration and performance of your Triple Quad or QTRAP system with its Eksigent NanoLC 400 front end. After taking this course you will be able to create and implement  the  LC/MS system integration test using the beta-gal standard, and will be able to monitor your LCMS performance in MRM mode.
